La Variante – Restaurant, Caffè, Hotel –
rises besides the river in the “Valle del Ceno”,

It's 10 minutes away from the highway exit of Fornovo Taro, it's a restored place but young and for all ages.

The Restaurant and Bar area are open from Tuesdays till Sundays, we are closed on Mondays.
With a spacious and home-feeling we offer a traditional kitchen made for every type of persons.
The Hotel offers 10 rooms that are welcoming and comfortable.

Rooms are all equipped with a landline, connection to free internet wirless, flat TV screen,
A/C Aircon and heating at manual use, bathroom with shower and a terrace that offers stunning view of the Valley.

The Lounge Bar and the large Garden area overlooking the river is used for functions, special occasions and also just to enjoy a drink with friends overlooking stunning views.

The Restaurant, Lounge Bar and the external area on the river are perfect for “that special day” (stunning weddings). Our main skill is too organized lunches, dinners, functions and big events offering our clients the best, with professional and qualified staff.

With us you can also discover the magical area of the “Appennino Emiliano”, with its castles, like the famous castle of Bardi which is only 15 minutes away by car. The area is very well known also for the “Autodromo Riccardo Paletti”, the Safety Driving School and the Factory of Dallara the leader of the world in racing cars.
